According to police, a complaint lodged by an Air India Staff, Suresh Babu from Zuarinagar, Sancoale accused that the 42 persons (Air India Staff from Dabolim, Mumbai, Delhi), a CBI official from Goa, and others targeted him at the work place intentionally insulting and humiliating him by abusing their official positions for the past 12 years.
Suresh, in his complaint, accused the persons of allegedly forging documents, furnishing false evidence, instituting false, malicious legal proceedings, promoting ill-will and hatred in the name of language/place of birth.
He further alleged that the persons prevented him from taking up any other job, imposing social and economic boycott, denying him medical facilities and misguiding other authorities with false evidence.
The case has been registered under several sections of the law and further investigation is in progress.
