PORVORIM: Barely hours after a KTC bus rammed into kiosks in Ponda, another KTC bus was involved in a mishap after fatally knocking down a pedestrian on the highway near the KTC head office at Porvorim on Monday evening.The speeding minibus was proceeding from Mapusa to Panjim, when it knocked down the pedestrian at about 7.10 pm.?The pedestrian succumbed to his injuries while being shifted to GMC? An offeence has been booked against the bus driver from Mapusa Earlier on Monday morning, three persons were injured and property worth an estimated Rs 15 lakh was destroyed, when a Belgaum-bound KTC bus rammed into six kiosks at Ponda.
