PANJIM: After two consecutive raids on sex dens at Arpora and Panjim, the local police cracked down on yet another sex trade operating from Panjim with the arrest of a Bihar native.
Information shared with the media reveals that Pintu Sah was caught delivering a young girl to a prospective customer for the illicit activity. The raid by Panjim police near a hotel on 18th June Road also unearthed that the trafficker was connecting with his customers through mobile phones. PI Siddhant Shirodkar said that the girl has been lodged at a protective home and the accused will be produced before a local court for remand.
A day ago, Crime Branch had busted a racket involving some motorcycle pilots from Margao. In another raid at Arpora, four men had been arrested.
