MARGAO: Two accused arrested by Margao Town Police in attempt to murder case, have moved bail application before the Additional District and Session Judge Margao.
Accused Ayub sayed (26), is resident of Fakirband-Calconda and Anil kumar (37), resides near Raviraj Hotel-Margao attemped to murder of Cenvi Pires(34), resident of Dialgona-Telaulim with iron rod and koita.
The court has issued notices to police, public prosecutor and defense advocate and fixed case for arguments on September 28 .
As per Margao police duo assaulted Cenvi Pires with weapon on his head and right leg thereby causing bleeding injuries on the head and had fractured his right leg .The alleged accused had fled away from the place however two were arrested later .
