MARGAO: Hearing of bail application, moved by Jubel Martins, arrested by Colva police for allegedly committing murder of her 80-year-old father Trinidade Martins at his resident in Varca, has been posted for arguments on march 9.
She is in police custody for five days. The court has issued notices to Colva police, public prosecutor and defense advocate.
Colva police have registered the offence under Section 302 of IPC for committing murder and under Section 449 of IPC for criminally trespassing into the house .
