CURCHOREM: The accused arrested in connection with misappropriating of Rs 8.82 lakh from a society in Curchorem, has been remanded to five days police custody.
Curchorem Police on Tuesday had arrested Santosh Velip of Kumvashir, Adnem Balli, in Quepem, for alleged misappropriation of Rs 8.82 lakh.
The accused was produced before JMFC Quepem on Wednesday and was remanded to five days police custody, informed PSI Therron D’Costa.
