It will distribute over two lakh pamphlets across the State on the government’s U-turn on the issue.
In a closed door meeting, on Friday, of BBSM’s prabhag chiefs and coordinators, its members have been asked to create awareness in their respective areas.
“Our main focus is from January 26 to February 7 when our prabhag members will hold meetings in their respective jurisdictions. Nearly two and half lakh pamphlets exposing the lies of BJP-led government will be circulated during the meetings,” BBSM member Subhash Velingkar told Herald. The contents of the pamphlets are being prepared in consultation with the group members.
BBSM will simultaneously be on a two-month intensive campaign against the government for its U-turn on the issue. BBSM that openly backed the BJP before the 2012 Assembly polls has now turned into a critic of the government over the MoI issue.
