PONDA: After Ponda Municipal Councillor Venktesh Naik, Councillor Chandrakala Naik resigned from primary membership of Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) on Friday. She was holding secretary post in Ponda BJP mandal.
In her resignation letter today to party president, she said she was not taken into confidence while organising programmes of BJP mandal and so decided to resign from primary membership. Venktesh Naik had resigned citing party was not taking him into confidence while planning party work in Ponda.
