PANJIM: BJP’s National leaders are likely to visit Goa this month to oversee the party’s preparedness in the State for the upcoming 2019 Lok Sabha election. BJP Goa Unit President Vinay Tendulkar said the party is actively working across all the booths to ensure winning both the seats.
“Our leaders are working in specific areas to win both Lok Sabha seats. The party leaders are visiting all booths across 40 constituencies. We have visited 1280 booths so far and the remaining would be completed by November 21,” he told reporters emerging from the core committee meeting of the party late Friday night.
The party is also gearing up for a series of meetings with various groups this month.
