margao: Hailing the High Court order which has allowed the State government and Goa Board to go ahead with the exams as scheduled, BJP congratulated Chief Minister Pramod Sawant over the same and called it a positive decision.
The BJP also criticised the Leader of Opposition Digambar Kamat. “Don’t oppose for the sake of opposing,” said BJP leader Damu Naik, while alleging that Kamat had wrongly represented the issue of SSC exams.
“The opposition leader is a senior politician and it was expected of him to communicate suggestions to the government about holding the exams. SSC exams are an important step in the education of students and their future lies on that,”Naik added.
