CANACONA, MARCH 22
A 40-year-old British national was found dead in a room at a resort in Palolem on Monday morning.
According to Canacona police, Hedrick Karl Mansen was found dead in a hotel room and no foul play was suspected, as the room’s door was found locked from the inside.
However, police hastened to add that the actual cause of death will be known only after postmortem report is out.
Police further informed that the hotel staff got suspicious, after Mansen was not seen around after he was reportedly noticed on Sunday morning while entering the room.
