PANJIM: Governor of Goa Mridula Sinha has summoned the Goa Legislative Assembly for a five-day Budget Session from March 23 to March 27. The challenge before the new Chief Minister and Finance Minister Laxmikant Parsekar will be how to mobilise additional resources and balance the budget.
