MARGAO: The Maina Curtorim police on a complaint from administrator of comunidades south zone, Margao, Pravin M S Barad has registered offence under Section 5 of Goa Land (Prohibition on Construction) Act 1995 against five residents of Dicarpali. In his complaint Barad has alleged that the five persons have carried out illegal construction on the Communidade property at Dicarpali without obtaining sanction from authorities.
