Agassaim Police have registered a case under Section 11(1) (a) of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and Section 429 of Indian Penal Code (IPC).
Case registered for killing pet dog
PANJIM: Antonio Fernandes, a resident of Bambolim, registered a complaint at Agassaim Police station against his neighbor Anselno D’Souza for firing a gunshot on his pet dog that later succumbed to injuries.
