Casinos withdraw petitions

PANJIM, SEPT 23 The off-shore casino operators today withdrew petitions filed before Bombay High Court at Goa in which they had challenged State Government's decision to shift them to Aguada bay. Lawyers representing all six off-shore casino managements conceded to withdrew the petitions, when the matter came up for hearing on Thursday morning before the Division Bench comprising of Justice D G Karnik and Justice F M Reis.
