CBI team grilling Mickky flies back to Delhi

PANJIM, SEPT 15 The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) sleuths investigating the illegal immigration racket against former tourism minister Mickky Pacheco have flown back to Delhi with relevant documents pertaining to the case.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) sleuths investigating the illegal immigration racket against former tourism minister Mickky Pacheco have flown back to Delhi with relevant documents pertaining to the case. 
Sources told Herald that the CBI team which left for Delhi on Wednesday morning is expected to return after eight days to continue with the investigation.
The team has already questioned the prime accused Mickky and his estranged wife Sara, last week.
The 46-year-old Nationalist Congress Party legislator has been accused of forging documents to send Goans abroad, especially to the US.
During interrogation, Mickky told the investigating team that the agency ‘Manpower Recruitment Agency’ was a joint venture started by him and Sara in 1998, whereas its licence expired in 2000.
He also claimed that he stopped handling affairs of the agency after he separated from his wife Sara.
