MARGAO: Charges were framed on Monday by South Goa Principal Sessions Judge, Nutan Sardessai against accused Agnelo Gaunkar, 28, resident of Arlem, Raia for the offence of murder and destroying evidence. Accused Agnelo on March 13, 2013 at 2.30 pm assaulted his elder brother Jose, 42 residing in the same house at Arlem with a crowbar on his head and face, causing instantaneous death. The accused thereafter wiped the blood from the crowbar and hid the same in the backyard of the house.
