A 3-year-old child died, after he accidentally fell from the second floor building staircase at Anand Tower, Chicalim, on Sunday.
According to Vasco Police, the incident occurred at about 4.30 pm when Akbar Ali Khan, who was playing along with his sister on the second floor of building staircase, accidentally fell from the staircase window.
Khan was rushed to a nearby private hospital. however, doctors referred the child to GMC when his condition started deteriorating. Khan succumbed to injuries on Sunday.
at 10.30 pm. His body was handed over to his family members, said Vasco Police.
