Special Judge B P Deshpande has scheduled the hearing in both cases for Saturday. The duo’s fresh applications come after Crime Branch (CB) filed a chargesheet against them in addition to five other accused in the Louis Berger bribery case. Both are in judicial custody.
Meanwhile, CB’s application challenging the special court’s order granting former chief minister Digambar Kamat anticipatory bail, will come up for hearing in the High Court on Thursday. As Justice K L Wadane recused himself from hearing the case, the matter will be heard by Justice C V Bhadang.
