Concerned authorities should avoid burning garbage in open spaces but instead burn it on the far away barren lands by seeking permission from land owners if willing. We are all aware the that the burning smoke creates terrible pollution which is hazardous to health with choking of breath and burning eyes. Flat owners in the cities and in the villages cannot treat the garbage of their own accord and it is the duty of the government to intervene.
