This is to bring to the notice of the PWD, Margao Municipal Council that cement debris have been dumped near the Comba Railway Crossing, opposite Damodar College making it difficult for the parents as well the staff to park their vehicles.
It has almost been a week and no one is taking note of clearing the path.
