I am writing this letter after witnessing tragic accidents on the narrow road near St. Joaquim Chapel at Borda near Margao, Salcette. There is a small shop right on the road side that creates congestion as it comes in the way of road widening. The concerned authorities need to look into this at the earliest as it is a matter of life and death.
