Photo shows land filling at the edge of NH 17 at Cuncolim, opposite the 7- star bus stand. Apologise if it’s legal. If not, then I would say that the Cuncolim Municipality is blind and only common men are doing things with their hard earned money within their property. With elections drawing near we are likely to see things being done which would attract attention in normal circumstances. Will someone look into this?
