The concrete pathway opposite the Margao SGPDA grounds has a crater which resembles a “Black Hole” so deep right in the middle that anyone falling into it will meet his death instantaneously due to shock and injury. While some stone pieces seem to have been placed to prevent the people from falling into it, the very look into this Black hole of Margao shows the apathy of Margao Municipal Council (MMC) when it comes to issues of public safety.
Citizens of Margao wonder if someone in MMC will consider to cover this crater failing which some innocent people might lose their lives. I could see foreign tourists taking pictures of this crater as a collection of their memoirs of Goa.
