Rains or no rains Margao’s roads and now the gutters seem to be opened up inside out without even caring for the vehicles and pedestrians passing by. Picture shows the concrete slabs have been thrown on the road to repair/construct this drains opposite the old Telegraph office.
With the traffic cell located next door and the MMC office just a few blocks away, the contractor seems to have taken a very casual view to safety of the people by not even barricading the work place. Will a community service sense prevail among the people of Margao or will the jungle law continue in Margao unchecked?
