It seems Nuvem MLA Wilfred D’Sa is oblivious to the plight of its constituents who have suffered not less than four fatalities within a short period on the NH17 which runs through a densely populated residential area of Belloy to the Nuvem Church.
There are no traffic police, traffic lights and zebra crossings and speed breakers to control the speed of the traffic in Belloy.
This is also an area populated with schools and is lined with children at peak hours. We do hope the MLA does his best to safeguard the people who voted for him.
