Parking is a big problem in Margao and people with no civic sense park their vehicles even on the zebra crossings leading to many accidents and pedestrians getting hurt or injured or even more.
The traffic police and the Margao Municipal Council (MMC) should conduct joint operations and penalise the offenders parking in a haphazard manner.
