The Seraulim Railway underpass is in a bad state. While both passageways are submerged with (even during off monsoon season), the iron strips on one passageway are completely damaged posing danger to bikers. There are no road lights at this place which makes it even more dangerous for road users during the night.
I request concerned authorities, the local panchayat (with the help of the local MLA) to look into this issue at the earliest.
