A matter regarding focus lamp fixture existing simultaneously along with the recently installed LED fixture over a electrical pole at Kapileshwari (in Ponda) was published in this column on 31st July 2017. Taking cognizance of the same, the electricity department removed the extra fixture (i.e. focus lamp fixture) from the said electricity pole.
I am thankful to this department for initiating favourable action in this important matter. Let us hope that the department would rectify such errors at the appropriate time.
