Traffic at Bambolim

Two of the most confusing junctions are the ones near the Dabolim airport and the other opposite to the GMC. At both these places at least half a dozen roads meet and there is absolute chaos.
Fortunately the junction at Dabolim has traffic signals and cops are on duty. This is not the case for the junction opposite the GMC where there are no signals, absence of speed breakers / rumblers and no cops deployed to manage the traffic. At any point of time there is complete bedlam for one never knows which vehicle would be proceeding in which direction.
Added to these woes is the bus stop, for Margao and Vasco bound buses, which is in the middle of the road which is supposed to be a highway! A bus shelter has been built but hardly anybody uses it as it is on the other side of barricade and people stand on the road side.
There are two simple solutions for the safety of the people, pedestrians and drivers. First, have a bus bay by diverting the buses on to the unused road between the barricade and the subway and the buses could exit after a few metres to join the main road. This step would reduce congestion on the main road and be safe for the people waiting at the bus stop.
Second, at the junction roads, rumblers need to be constructed and traffic monitored through use of signals and cops. Execution of both these suggestions is easy and would not cost much. All it requires is the will to implement the steps at the earliest.
