It must be said that traffic signals play an important role in controlling the flow of traffic at busy junctions. Hence, they need to be functional at all times.
There are few traffic signals along the highway from Verna junction to the Dabolim Airport. However, it is observed that the traffic signal located near the NSD junction has not been functioning for over three months. The traffic signal at this busy junction needs to be made operational as there are five roads converging at one point.
