A traffic signboard (indicating ‘No Parking’) adjacent to the turn near municipal garden in Ponda is hardly visible and seems to be playing hide and seek with passing motorists.
Not only municipal vehicles, but even private cars are being parked here on most occasions, thereby affecting smooth flow of vehicular traffic along the road.
This being a ‘No Parking’ area, branches of adjacent tree that surround and hide the sign must be chopped for clear visibility of the signboard. This should be the routine work of the concerned authority and citizens are not supposed to alert on the issue.
Let us hope that prompt favourable action would follow in public interest.
