The electricity poles in Colva’s Ward 4 are in a dilapidated condition and require urgent attention from the authorities.
The concerned authorities seem to have neglected these old and dilapidated electricity poles, which have leaning dangerously at some places in the ward.
For several years, these old poles have been neglected by the concerned authorities, who seem to be least bothered in replacing the same with new ones. At some places in the ward, one can find the overhead wires hanging precariously.
In the picture is an old electricity pole, near a place of worship, which has been leaning dangerously for quite sometime now.
Hope that the authorities will get initiate appropriate action by replacing these old electricity poles with the new ones as soon as possible before a tragedy takes place.
