PANJIM, APRIL 8 (HR) — Chief Minister Digambar Kamat on Wednesday chaired a meeting of MLAs belonging to the ruling dispensation to review the preparation for the North Goa seat.
Besides Congress-NCP legislators from North Goa, Health Minister Vishwajeet Rane and Education Minister Babush Monserrate were also present. The meeting, taking stock of the situation, felt that if everyone works wholeheartedly, the seat could be wrested from the BJP.
Office bearers and party leaders of Congress-NCP were also present.
