PANJIM: Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant on Sunday joined Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis for a morning walk at Marine Drive on Sunday.
Sawant is on a four-day tour to the poll-bound neighbouring State to campaign where he has been addressing rallies and interacting with the party leaders, voters, party office bearers and karyakartas.
In his early morning tweet, Dr Sawant said, “Joined CM @Dev_Fadnavis ji for a morning walk at Marine Drive, Mumbai. Great energy and amazing response from the people.”
Chief Minister Fadnavis too tweeted stating, “When Mumbaikars too showed their support to BJP, this morning at the #MumbaiChaliBhaJaPaKeSaath morning walk initiative at Marine Drive. Goa CM @DrPramodPSawant, senior leaders too joined us.”
The tweets were accompanied with pictures of huge crowd joining the BJP leaders for the morning walk.
The Goa Chief Minister later visited the Maharashtra State Office at Nariman Point, Mumbai.
