PANJIM: Adv Aires Rodrigues has filed a complaint before Chief Electoral Officer against Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant and BJP for violating election model code of conduct. He alleged that since the death of then Chief Minister (late) Manohar Parrikar, the Government led by Sawant and the BJP has been seeking to obtain unlawful political mileage at the cost of the deceased thus violating the election code.
