PANJIM: BJP MLA and Power Minister Nilesh Cabral on Thursday said that the Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar’s current physical condition does not allow him to appear before the people but his mind is working overtime.
“Chief Minister is currently not here to attend the function, but he is guiding us and ensuring that we are working,” Cabral said.
“Maybe his (Parrikar) physical condition does not allow him to come in front of us, but his mind is working overtime to see Goa goes to a different level,” the Minister added.
