PONDA/QUEPEM: Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Suday during Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) campaign meeting at Ponda said Congress and small parties will just create confusions among voters and claimed that they will be unable to win Assembly elections. He further claimed double engine government is essential for infrastructure development works of Goa.
He urged Goans to elect BJP Government for sake of development with thumping majority and strengthen PM Narendra Modi for Goa’s stability as well as growth of infrastructure development works.
“Congress and many other small parties had taken part in Goa elections but beside promises they have no plans of development. These small parties will just create confusion among Goans, said Shah.
He said, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi whose double engine government during the past two ten years created new era of infrastructure development such roads, bridges, educational institutions to the tune of several thousand crore of rupees, which the Congress government failed to create.”
He was addressing to BJP workers at Sungrace Garden Bethora at campaign meeting of BJP Ponda candidate Ravi Naik. He was accompanied by Union Minister for Tourism G.Kishan Reddy, Union Minster for State Shripad Naik, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant, BJP President Sadanand Tanavade, RS MP Vinay Tendulkar and BJP Ponda chief Vishwanath Davli among others.

He said Goa is one of the beauty spot on face of India. He said for BJP Goa means golden Goa while for Congress Goa means just a tourism spot for Ghandi parivar.
