PANJIM: The All India Congress Committee (AICC) is confident that its local party unit will win both the North and South Goa seats at the 2014 Lok Sabha, with AICC Secretary A Chella Kumar claiming that the citizens of Goa are fed up of the present government.
“Law and order is a total failure…Whatever assurances he (Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar) made through the election manifesto, he has failed. People are waiting to send him out,” he said while speaking to Herald at Dona Paula late Tuesday evening.
“People are going to vote against the BJP. We are confident to win both the seats,” Chella Kumar asserted.
