Bhandari highlighted several difficulties faced by Goan citizens while filling enumeration forms, claiming that these challenges are being misused to deliberately target voters from minority communities. He warned that such actions could undermine democratic principles and disenfranchise genuine voters. Stressing the importance of transparency, Bhandari called on the administration to safeguard the voting rights of all citizens and take strict action against any officials involved in wrongful deletions.
