PANJIM: The Cabinet on Thursday approved the budget proposal of marginal hike in conversion fees and fees for disposal of mutation cases.
As per the proposal (area of 500 sq mtrs and less), under the residential category S1 (zones) – Rs 70, S2 – Rs 55, S3 – Rs 45, S4 – Rs 35. Under commercial category, C1- Rs 400, C2 – Rs 350, C3 – Rs 300 and C4 -Rs 250 and for industry it will be Rs 100.
Mutation fee for a parcel of property up to 1000 sq mtrs will be charged Rs 1,000, for above 1000 sq mtrs and up to 10,000 sq mtrs will be charged Rs 2,500 and for every property above 10,000 sq mtrs or above it would be charged Rs 5000.
