PANJIM: The ordinary gram sabha meeting of Cortalim-Quelossim panchayat will be held on October 23, at 9.15 am in the panchayat hall.
The agenda for the gram sabha is to read and confirm the proceedings of the previous gram sabha; to place before the gram sabha the quarterly statement of account; and to discuss on the proposal received from the gram sabha members if any.
Any person who desires to place any suggestion before the gram sabha may be send the same in writing addressed to the sarpanch four days before the gram sabha.
If the required quorum is not found within the scheduled time, the meeting will be adjourned and the same will be conducted after forty-five minutes on the same day and place, says a press note.
