Vasco: Upset over the delay in commencing the work of building drains near the Cortalim junction, local MLA Alina Saldanha along with the locals and Dilip Buildcon officials inspected the Cortalim-Aravlem main road, which were supposed to have been completed by now.
Saldanha along with the locals have threatened to block the highway road if the work on the drains is not completed before June 3. At the inspection, it was revealed that the work is yet to start and locals were furious at the lackadaisical approach from contractors and government’s side for failing to monitor the work.
