Targeting Mesta, Nanoskar said, “Like Councillor Sandesh Mesta, I have not taken selfie and clicked photos at the dump, but have worked to solve the issue. I challenge him to follow up (on my work) and complete the process that I have initiated to solve the garbage problem at Sada.”
Addressing the media persons after the council meeting, Mesta who represents the Sada area, said that he has warned the chairperson that he would march to the municipal office with the people affected by the garbage menace, if the problems is not solved immediately.
On solving the garbage issue, Gaonkar said, “We have resolved to buy a forklift and an excavator for work at Sada garbage treatment site.”
