PANJIM: The writ petitions filed by the Congress Party and the Maharashtrawadi Gomantak Party (MGP) challenging the Goa Assembly Speaker’s judgments dismissing their disqualification petitions against rebel MLAs will now be heard on November 27.
Earlier, both the writ petitions were listed for hearing before division bench comprising Justice Revati Mohite Dere and Justice M S Jawalkar on Friday, October 22.

But since the High Court of Judicature at Bombay has declared holiday on October 22, all the matters listed for that day have now been kept for hearing on November 27.
