PANJIM: Delhi Chief Minister and AAP National Convener Arvind Kejriwal on Monday said that the Rs 36,000 crore mining loot will be recovered and be utilised for better health and education facilities.
Addressing the slum dwellers of Chimbel-Tiswadi, Kejriwal said that AAP is not opposing mining activities in Goa but the party, if voted to power, will develop a sustainable mining module which will be an example for rest of the country and world.
“We will recover the money which was looted from the mining lobby in past and it will be utilised in construction of new schools and ward clinics like Delhi. We will also jail the culprits involved in loot,” Kejriwal said.
Kejriwal said that the number of government schools will be increased and 400 ward clinics will be constructed in all villages giving free treatment and even medicines. He assured that any corrupt ministers will be punished and sent to jail.
He urged the voters to campaign for the party and appealed to those who attended the meeting to each convince at least 100 voters in next 10 days.
