The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) announced that metro services on all lines will commence at 3 am on January 26 to help commuters attending Republic Day events at Kartavya Path. Trains will run every 15 minutes between 3 am and 6 am, after which services will follow the regular timetable. Parking at all metro stations will remain operational, except at New Ashok Nagar and Anand Vihar Namo Bharat stations, which will be closed from 2 pm on January 25 to 2 pm on January 26 due to security measures. The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) said enhanced security checks will be in place on the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut corridor, and passengers are advised to plan their journeys accordingly.
