MARGAO: Dismissing the rumours that he is likely to take over as the next chief minister of Goa, former chief minister Digambar Kamat on Monday alleged that there appears to be a deliberate campaign launched by someone to target him.
Asserting that he is not on WhatsApp or Facebook, he said, “Neither am I affected by these messages nor are my voters.”
He dismissed the rumours that he is likely to take over as the next chief minister of Goa and pointed out that there are different kinds of stories circulating and added that it was best to ignore them.
“There were stories that I met Sudin then another story about me resigning from the Congress, etc and all these are rubbish”.
