PANJIM: Trinamool Congress supremo and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee will be arriving in Goa on a two-day visit in the last week of October.
Banerjee’s visit assumes importance as it is her first visit to the State after her party decided to contest the ensuing 2022 Goa Assembly elections.
During her two-day visit, Banerjee will address party workers, new party members and the media. A couple of unique public interactions have also been planned.
TMC has also announced that it will contest all 40 seats of the Goa Assembly independently without any alliance.
