Digambar summoned for questioning in mining case on Nov 21

PANJIM: As investigations in two mining cases have been fast tracked, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) has again summoned ex-Chief Minister Digambar Kamat for questioning.

PANJIM: As investigations in two mining cases have been fast tracked, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) has again summoned ex-Chief Minister Digambar Kamat for questioning. He has been called in the case of illegal condonation of delay allegedly involving another politician Prafulla Hede. 
Special Investigation Team Superintendent of Police Karthik Kashyap said, “He (Kamat) was issued summons by the investigating officer to remain present for questioning on Novemeber 21.”
Assistant Geologist Shobana Rivonkar and Hede have also been summoned for questioning on Thursday and Saturday respectively. 
On September 19, 2014, a first information report (FIR) against Hede and others was registered following a complaint filed before the Special Investigation Team by Mines Director Prasana Acharya. 
Meanwhile, Health Secretary of the Delhi government, Rajiv Yaduvanshi, will undergo a third round of questioning on Wednesday. 
He is being probed into alleged illegal condonation of delay.  
He was holding the charge as Principle Mines Secretary in Goa government from 2006 to 2011.
